About St.Anthony's Girls' School
St.Anthony's Girls' School of Panadura was inaugarated after separating from the St. Anthony's Mixed School.

This school was inaugarated on the 1st day of December 1951. Founder was Rev. Alex Ranasinha. It was an assisted school at first and when the government took over the assisted schools it become Government schools under the provisions of taking over of assisted school Act. Subsequently this school was known as Panadura St. Anthony's Girls' school. The school which began for female student with the 6th grade and had risen up to G.C.E. Ordinary Level Exam

K.P Kushani Maheshika Perera of our school has obtained the First place under Commerce Stream Grade 12-13 category in Student’s Competition Conducted jointly by Education for Knowledge Society Project (E.K.S.P) of Ministry of Education & Microsoft Sri Lanka (Pvt)
